...so, several months ago I created this with the intention of blogging my weight loss and fitness progress. It lasted a few days, but just like every other time I've tried to "diet", I got burned out and quit trying altogether. I have glorious news though...since December 28 I've been on board with this "lifestyle" change, and I'm seeing results. I know that it may not seem like a long time, but for a perpetual dieter who always gains instead of loses, this is phenomenal. My secret to success is the "LoseIt" app for the iPhone, and a TON of help from my friends (and a ton of prayer). The LoseIt app makes you monitor your food intake and your caloric burn so that you know exactly what you can eat or what you need to do to stay within your daily caloric budget.
This is sort of embarassing, but I truly am trying to get better and I want to show how things are working out for me. God is good!
Starting weight on December 28, 2010: 211.4
Weight as of today, February 7, 2011: 192.0
Total loss: 19.4
